Immuntech (IMMB) had actually been suspended in 2014 not due to fraud but just lack of reporting. ENZC now owns 49% of Immuntech and prior to this run (I bought in in March thank you very much) it was expected that a reverse merger would occur with ENZC taking over IMMB (technically as they own 49%) Which would allow all the technology to then reverse merge into ENZC.

The chatter here then revolved around what would happen with Phase IV complete and with a European Union approved HIV "cure" a big pharma would reverse merge if private or take over if a public company.

This has been a sleeper but what a gold mine I have been jumping up and down about since February.

I have been waiting and hoping for the COVID subject to come into play. What I believe was stopping it was ENZC wanted to be very legally careful not to publicize that as again suspension was a concern. By the way the non medical thoughts on their Phase IV trials is that it could most certainly be effective with COVID but they now need to have the separate trials for that....thus it brings in the below...

Now with this new news of this present and separate merger the COVID is in play and this private company which is already in the pipeline may be able to use ENCZ's current patents and testing to quickly piggy back on that and get advanced funding and approval.

Dr. Harry Zabilov was the original pioneer of of all this but passed away a number of years ago.

His son basically is seems was mentored by him and formed immunetech in 2000.

Dr. Harry H. Zabilov also then went on to found ENZC so it is all connected together.

This is really massive...

All of this really does give it the potential for a very massive surge in stock price. Way above anyone's expectations.
