and if that were the case, they would not need enzc. simply would not. would be cheaper for them to get their own ticker and issue their own shares than merge with a shell that has 2 billion os before anybody gets a slice of the new pie and that has it's own burden of convertible debt. no company that has the promise that you guys are claiming about bioclonetics would merge with a non-reporting, no-filing, zombie pinky ticker. that in itself is suspect.
