If they issue 10m shares, they will issue them in exchange for business/assets. If the Business/assets are worth more than a market cap of $10m. Then this will be a good merger to be in. If not- then it will just be another day in pinkyland. Until what’s getting put in this shell is known - there no way to know if $1 pps is to high or it is bargain pricing. trading in the dark. Not worth going all in. I’m holding and have bids well under a dollar currently. @ @ $1 market cap is $500k. Pretty cheap for a clean empty shell. $XHUAD.
