I think you all good until no new shares are issued restricted or not. 500k OS is peanuts. Crooks Richard and his gang start printing new shares this shell is doomed.

I understand they are restricted but they come part of OS. Say they issue 10 million restricted shares to insiders, then market cap will be $10 million for a shell that too pricey for me even to take a risk.
