This is THE BEST board game cafe to date out here next to the other Snakes locations. I bet they put MILS into this spot too. Escape rooms, themed rooms for groups, and the INSANELY sweet location in general. #HOMERUN FUNN! This momentum on biz side WILL mean the same for the stock side from here I say...and that is what UP!

So expansion with an awesome new massive location is a bad thing now?

Considering the super friendly relationship and CAH wants FUNN to massively succeed, and they are clearly not looking to get into FUNNs business, I’m sure FUNN got an incredible deal on it.

My guess would be they are game designers and had the vision of building an amazing place as designs, so they did. BUT they recognized quickly that running operations daily is a whole different ball of wax and given the CV situation the challenges they saw, they made a tactical and graceful exit and handed their baby over to the BEST people they knew would take care of it.

So pretty much can guarantee the deal was very friendly.
