Wow AMAZING location and great buildout. Great time to pick up locations on the very cheap given the impact of covid related closures. I am in the retail space and spaces are being given away practically for free with very reduced rents going forward. This can be am extremely pivotal time for S&L if they can continue to grab locations like this to their portfolio.
