En banc petition is due from Amarin by Oct 2nd. Today Amarin and Hikma requested the appeal the CAFC would not consolidate prior to Oral arguments be stayed for two weeks after CAFC decision on to hear en banc.
If Amarin petitions en banc Marjac and “crew” are requesting to file amicus brief detailing factual misrepresentation. We will need $10k to support Amicus efforts. We need to collect details of funding this and timing.
