Can you or one of the lawyers on board explain just where we are in the request for an en banc hearing. the 14 days should be up tomorrow at the latest I believe. when will we know if our request was given a yes or a no? to tell the truth I'm lost in all this mumble jumbo about appeals, consolidations, and agreements to wait for other decisions. I'm so pissed, I frankly can't stand to read much on this site anymore, so I'm quite far behind. Lots of good stuff, but I just can't stand to wade through it all. Having been beaten over the head so much lately, I don't think I have the mental capacity to keep up. Cheers.
