Nicely done Sharkee, I believe they will, assuming success, easily be able to uplist so long as their shares are above $2 or $3 for the required period at least.

Nasdaq Capital Market is the easier level to which they can qualify, assuming they are successful on trial results and the price stays above the minimum there.

The corporate governance requirements and related issues will be a big obstacle for them.

I just don’t see an up list soon...hope I’m wrong. Maybe a deal with Merck and related changes to the governance will improve the timing.

Once validated and have the strong potential to generate very healthy revenues let’s uplist NWBO to Nasdaq. Institutions love a small company with strong potential.
