king... (z. can you confirm if divy shares will be restricted?) I do not have the prior post numbers but I believe this is how I arrived at that idea that shares of the divy will be restricted...

I saw a post from someone saying his broker had received something about a dividend to be distributed from USSE... this would have been when all the divy discussions were going on...

then a short time later someone asked/wondered openly in a post if the divy shares would be trading shares, or restricted shares...

and I believe zardiw at that time posted that it was his understanding that the divy shares would be restricted... I am not sure where along the way I read the time frame being a year...

but I was thinking it would be two years (because JR's original 500M shares were 2-year-restricted shares), and then revised it down to only a year before becoming "tradeable shares"

of course, I may have confused some of this info from the volume of controversial opinion being exchanged at that time... I reserve the right to stand corrected by anyone with a better memory of these things! anyone have clarifying comments?
