Here let me help with the simple comprehension!

It was confirmed a long time ago the 211 was submitted and even made note of the MM who filed it! Look back to get up to date.

First people who will see the financials is FINRA. Then AFTER they put their Holy Water on the 211 and accompanying financials then the street will see them and not until then.

That should make the weekend a little brighter!

The market maker files on behalf of SOLI.

The problem is SOLI is delinquent so filing a 211 now won't be approved until they are SEC current (finalize and file financials).
