Thanks, but that's what I'm trying to understand. So SOLEI is supposed to file the 211?? Why waiting on accountants, it's a short 4 page question/answer form? Maybe because of this part they are going to wait 12 months?

Has the issuer or its predecessor (if any) been subject to a trading suspension order issued by the SEC during the past 12 months? If a trading suspension order has been issued, provide two copies of the order or of the SEC's public release announcing the trading suspension order.

Still something isn't adding up. I have a small position here and trying to do some more DD.
