Why then aren't the billionaires telling this story? Why is it not portrayed on their website? Why was it removed from DD Summit's propaganda? Why aren't they following up these astounding results with a few drill holes??

Actually the PR issued by Glenn Grant violates securities law in Canada. Since the information contained in his press release is now public, it is required that it be posted to SEDAR as part of the official Atacama required disclosure and a NI 43-101 report must be, and should have been filed. There also are strict laws up north about promotional language in a press release.

The current BOD should have by now, filed the missing NI 43-101 report since there is no cost to do so but knowing the company is broke might make it difficult to file on SEDAR. Glenn has also stated, in his attempts to further funding for Atacama, that assay results are equal to or greater than other mining companies in the area which again, now they are public, must be filed with SEDAR.

I know the real reasons behind the silence, it is as simple as that.
