The current BOD should have by now, filed the missing NI 43-101 report since there is no cost to do so but knowing the company is broke might make it difficult to file on SEDAR. Glenn has also stated, in his attempts to further funding for Atacama, that assay results are equal to or greater than other mining companies in the area which again, now they are public, must be filed with SEDAR.
I know the real reasons behind the silence, it is as simple as that.
