lrich, spot on with your response to jasb.
Do we as common shareholders have any recourse? Other than waiting for Marjac to file a derivative lawsuit, but people who own the common stock will not be compensated in any way with a derivative suit so what's the alternative?

Also, I called for it to be sold at $30 in January 2019

Share price got up to $27 in December of 2019. Did you sell then?

Lrich@ Thanks for your answer - and historical info regarding JT and Amarin.

A lot of your information I hear for the first time - and it suddenly explains why a number of people here agitate for new leadership of the company.

Part of my 'defending' JT is out of pure instinct - that it just to easy to blame him for 'something' (loss of patent cases) that is truly not his fault.
-------------------

Besides that I acknowledge your reasons for 'wanting Real Change' - in running Amarin - and suddenly I would as everyone here 'love to see action that could/will bring SP back on track.

I also know 'examples are endless' in new CEO 'cleaning house' bringing a company in real trouble 'back on course'. I have maybe not 'fully reached that conclusion yet' - that it's the Leadership of Amarin that's holding us back - but listen and takes in arguments to the contrary :)
