Big point where we disagree I think is in your continued support and belief in the management team to succeed.

Also, I feel that you don't consider the CEO responsible for driving shareholder value. For that, I believe you are wrong. Elon Musk may be a charlatan in many ways, but he demonstrates what a good for shareholders CEO is. Lisa Su is not a charlatan, is not bombastic, but also demonstrates what a good CEO for shareholders is.

Back to talking about Amarin's management I absolutely, with complete and utter conviction do not believe that the management team is capable of saving Amarin. I do not believe this is "just another speed bump." Frankly, people have been saying that one for too damn long to excuse the missteps by management.

The company must be sold, plain and simple. JT is garbage at generating shareholder value, I suspect that will never change. Vascepa has great value, but Amarin does not with this current management. This much has been demonstrated.

Also, I called for it to be sold at $30 in January 2019, preceding the ACC debacle. dilution debacle, Adcom debacle, label debacle, etc. I absolutely blame JT (and the rest of the management team too) for not selling then. Their dreams of infinite riches screwed us all. I called for them to sell at $30 way back then because there were red flags (which I eventually was convinced to ignore) such as JT refusing to read the FAQs and representing the company poorly.

In unrelated news, JT took the helm from JZ after the prior Adcom debacle. JT did not "found" the company, JT took over as a finance man to keep it solvent long enough for Reduce-It (which he didn't come up with either, this was mandated by the FDA to get a CVD label) to read out. So, as I've said, the only thing JT has done right was to guide Amarin financially during that time. His approach which created a massive float but no debt was ideal for rolling straight into a buyout. Which he didn't do.
