And then there’s the issue of available product. Thero keeps saying there isn’t any available for generics and Hikma’s CEO says its not a problem. One of those two is not telling the truth.

He clearly lied about doing what's best for shareholders, himself included. He lost billions of dollars for his shareholders.

I strongly believe it's the board's fiduciary duty to get rid of this man before he takes his army of one and GIA in all of Europe.

Irrefutable truth...GIA is the next blunder and misery he will foist on the shareholders... Don Thero like Don Quixote loves to tilt at Windmills and we are all like Sancho Panza along for the ride...

Good points Slim. To me, the biggest risk in staying with this investment (AMRN) is Thero himself. Is he a man of honor, truth, integrity and intelligence? I don’t know.

His EU GIA plans are absolute lunacy to me and don’t correlate with his talk of shareholder value.

Selling the company is the only solution IMHO. The more time Thero wastes with his idiotic GIA plan, the lower any BO might be.

Slim, we have no idea what the BOD knows, as Amarin operates with a great deal of secrecy, and with minimal transparency. The BOD certainly has fiduciary duties, but it appears more likely than not, that the BOD has ratified everything which has transpired, as they too drink at the Form 4 trough.

John Thero hires two of the best - most velrespectet Lawyer companies in the USA - how the he** could he know - that 'THEY BOTH' would 'drop the ball' and loose the cases.

If Thero and Amarin had won - and SP was $40 - 60 - everybody would consider him 'a brilliant business God' - but now - no fault of his - everybody calls him names.

Please Guys - how many here made a company of 15 persons - into 450 million dollar company - ever raising in sales ?
