Marjac, how much does the AMRN's board know about what went on in Judge Du's courtroom? Yes, we lost; but before we lost, how many times did Judge Du ask the two parties to come up with a reasonable settlement themselves. It certainly wasn't just once!

In light of what has happened in both Du/CAFC courtrooms, I believe the board is compelled to remove Thero.

I also find it hilarious to think that Thero didn't burn any bridges.

I also agree with Dmiller, how do we know that anything Thero has told us is the truth. He's going DTC, then he starts, stops, starts again.

He clearly lied about doing what's best for shareholders, himself included. He lost billions of dollars for his shareholders.

I strongly believe it's the board's fiduciary duty to get rid of this man before he takes his army of one and GIA in all of Europe.
