Most pfd stock on otc is super voting preferred which is why hostile takeovers are impossible. For example one svp stock might carry with it the equivalent vote of millions of common I believe.

Voting Right

Common stock generally carries voting rights, while preferred stock does not; however, this will vary from company to company.

So not going to argue as I’ll take over 4 decades of doing this professionally & a MBA vs a google education.

Now if no designation of voting rights is assigned separately to said class of preferred then you would be partially correct yet if converted what ALL do know is Class A would have 100-1 voting rights & Class C would have 250-1. As per conversion designation(s) currently filed.
