Glad to help educate any of the investing public who do not have this particular bit of knowledge. ALL must remember that in order to have preferred class(es) of shares there must also be commons that would allow for the full conversion of said as per FINRA /SEC Rules & Regulations.

W/ there being 3m C’s (for dividend) x 1-5000 (full conversion). = 750m shares.

10m A’s (for merger completion/control block) should have a 1-100 (full conversion) rate = 1b shares

Added to the OS 750m (max possible to be eligible for dividend)

Total = 2.5b

Will await clarification yet it can be no other way imho due to the aforementioned . Any commons accepting the (tenure offer) will also reduce the float by that same.

Preferred shares have voting rights & in most cases multiple votes to each preferred. Depends on the designation of that particular class of.....
