ALL must remember that in order to have preferred class(es) of shares there must also be commons that would allow for the full conversion of said as per FINRA /SEC Rules & Regulations.

W/ there being 3m C’s (for dividend) x 1-5000 (full conversion). = 750m shares.

10m A’s (for merger completion/control block) should have a 1-100 (full conversion) rate = 1b shares

Added to the OS 750m (max possible to be eligible for dividend)

Total = 2.5b

Will await clarification yet it can be no other way imho due to the aforementioned . Any commons accepting the (tenure offer) will also reduce the float by that same #.
