Agreed, Potty. I am in shock and awe that Calabria has not gotten further with this project in ~ 4 years. This all should have been properly managed over the term of this administration to have everything wrapped up by now. We should be going into the election with a resolution to this travesty, not dependent upon election results that completely undo the progress of the past four years.

Plaintiff may pull lawsuits from SCOTUS because of 3R after election.
