I am in shock and awe that Calabria has not gotten further with this project in ~ 4 years.

Calabria has only been in office for 17 months. You should say Trump and Mnuchin instead.

This all should have been properly managed over the term of this administration to have everything wrapped up by now.

If this is true then the administration isn't taking us where we want them to. So we, as shareholders, had better hope it's false.

We should be going into the election with a resolution to this travesty, not dependent upon election results that completely undo the progress of the past four years.

"Should" hasn't gotten us anywhere. If you think the administration will do what they can to get recap and release done then hold, otherwise it might be time to sell. The Supreme Court alone won't fix this mess.
