You want Calabria because no one else has taken this on in 12 years. Not touching it before the election might be a good thing as this might look like a payout to shareholders. If this was very unfavorable to shareholders they could release it now.... Who knows how he is structuring the SPOs.... north of $20 a share? It's all politics and after the recent court losses for them this might be good for shareholders but not good for a release in an election year in their eyes..
