Indeed. Second time I am screw by the so call IP Supreme Court decision. Luckily for me and I consider that I am blessed, this second time around it was more of making less return. Hope that “rest of the world” potential can help the longs reduce current financial pain, recover and eventually make some $

Marjac, can we as shareholders file a suit against the board for failure to perform their responsibilities to include pursuing Vascepa in other territories outside the few outlined in the press release and failure to explore the sale of the company. I am not sure I trust these jerks to do the right thing and sell.

What just happened, and particularly by the speed it happened, reflects a decision based on opinion and/or bias
rather than objective consuderation.

AMRN was ambushed by three liberal judges who in part were protecting their own (Du).

This is ultimate travesty of justice.

If the above is not the case then AMRN was ill advised to pursue the original case and certainly not the appeal.

All was obviously obvious.

Beyond that it seems like the FDA, the USPTO, and the judicial system are dusjointed. And it appears that the ultimate authority on tecnical issues lies in the wrong hands.

Having several patents myself I would be hard pressed to suggest any company bear the cost of patent protection when the propensity is to allow others to infringe.

A very bad testimony for the US.

Could there be a shareholder lawsuit which would force Amrn to turn over anything regarding if they had settlement negotiations prior to Du? And who turned down what.

hi Marjac
You will be as disappointed as I am at the travesty of these two judicial decisions- D.C. and FC
Amarin need to work the problem create every remaining legal difficulty open to them to delay and frustrate generics ... throw as much as they can at them - whether it’s a realistic option or not frustrate the hell out of them !!
The second appeal ... not consolidated - why should they not run it ? En blanc S.C. ... other patents being infringed if they launch ? Injunction? ...
where could they go with all of this .... I???
