We'll be in court for another year waiting for 1) CAFC to agree or decline en banc hearing (how long before they must decide?), 2) appealing to the USSC if the CAFC refuses to overturn Du. I don't know how those three idiot judges sleep at night - how can you be at peace with not doing your fucking job correctly?
