If Thero really goes en banc - does it really take 1 year to grant/deny it?
I mean, that could then be a time play by Thero. Are the generics allowed to come to market within this year or does any party then have to pay a security anywhere? E.g. generics dont come on market, if amarin will pay them the expectes losses during that time, IF the en banc is denied?

All in all, that´s a shit show from Thero, because we won´t get an en banc. Read the web about it. With Rule36 it goes close to zero - why does he think, he will get it? He will further burn the money, the company has.
