I've been following Boeing for decades (own many aerospace company stocks as well) and I too was thinking 3-5 months for EXIM loan decision is a bit too quick.

I just purchased a lot of shares of WARM the past few days and while they do have a lot of headwinds (especially with near-term financing, debt.,etc), I believe if they can get past their current situation, then they have a potential to do well in their market.

Yes, penny-stocks are very risky however there is a potential for good returns as well.
