BB, When GS downgraded AMRN stock with a price target of $4.00 and the share price hit that level seemingly in a matter of hours I suggested it was a organised "takedown." Did GS or others make money during that period by shorting the stock? Probably. Did GS manipulate the share price? Probably. This is the way our markets work and whether it is legal or not GS will not be held accountable for it! Suggesting that they will is a pipe-dream.
How many lawsuits have you filed regarding AMRN? You’ve threatened numerous times but haven’t seen any follow through.
For those of you saying well done please don’t encourage BB. It only motivates more posts from him/her clogging up the board.
On a side note, DMiller you said you expect us to lose appeal. People have asked why, but nothing forthcoming yet. Do you care to share? I think we win for all the reasons documented on this board but would love to hear a counter argument to take into consideration for my investment in AMRN.
