How many lawsuits have you filed regarding AMRN? You’ve threatened numerous times but haven’t seen any follow through.

I filed for damages against HHS for the Anchor damages using the proper US government claims process and procedures. It was denied. I appealed. It was denied. I received a final action letter from the FDA Office of Chief Scientist. I had 6 months to file a claim in Federal Court. I didn’t have the time or resources to file. THIS WAS THE ROUTE AMARIN SHOULD HAVE FULLY PURSUED!

That doesn’t mean I won’t ever file a suit regarding the travesty that has taken place regarding bank collusions and/or Amarin management malpractice.

Bank collusion hasn’t been ripe yet...more will it be ripe until after EU approval, but the investigation begins now.

Why make the investigation public? Because “normal” people involved in committing these crimes should not have to suffer for their superiors decisions to collude and depress AMRN stock. Come to me with the information...
