Apparently the 'investors' here aren't worried about such hectoring officiousness--the price has been stable for weeks.

The company is doing the annual assessment work which allows:

Assessment work includes, but is not limited to, drilling, excavations, driving shafts and tunnels, sampling (geochemical or bulk), road construction on or for the benefit of the mining claim; and geological, geochemical, and geophysical surveys.

Look and see what they are allowed under the assessment work.

This is being done while waiting for the Phase 1 of their Plan of Operations to be approved.
