Sorry, but the annual assessment work does not absolve them of the requirement for a Plan of Operations and/or Environmental Review.

All it means is that those operations you listed will qualify under the required annual assessment expenditures. It does NOT mean they can automatically perform all those operations without a Plan or Environmental Review.

In other words, a company can do small-scale sampling to qualify, which does not require a Plan of Operations, but bulk sampling, which also would fall under annual assessment, WOULD require a Plan first, even if they were doing so to meet the annual assessment requirement.

Those not familiar with the Federal Laws should read the USFS brochure and learn the basics.

And, if they do, it should become clear that Buscar is an obvious fraud.
