Phase 3 clinical trials to establish safety and efficacy to the satisfaction of regulators have yet to be done. Therefore, neither you nor anybody else can be certain of the outcome. I would remind you that drugs can look really good in early and mid-stage trials and still fail in Phase 3. CNS diseases in general are notoriously difficult to treat and the failure rate is almost 100%. Maybe Anavex will be different but the odds are against it.
