A layman with no bioresearch or investment training will think he "knows" a drug works and that he owns a Wonka Golden Ticket. It's very common, and wrong.

We own stock in a risky young biotech that has hints of signal that could turn out to be nothing, also unfortuately common. Be careful. Wait for trial results and objectively evaluate them.
