I think it’s connected, but I doubt this is simply about a late filing.

I also believe that the original settlement does not reflects the full scope of the SEC’s original claims or investigative findings - hence, why it’s called a settlement. So the investigative team could possibly be revisiting issues that were left unresolved or agreed to settle rather than pursue.

My guess is this has more to do with related party transactions, which has been an on-going problem from the start.
