well last time the SEC clearly reproaches NWBO for violating the internal controls provisions. I think now with the German tax they are probably experiencing the same problem. Its deja vu all over again.

The SEC's order finds that NWBO violated the internal controls provisions of Section 13(b)(2)(B) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 13a-15(a) thereunder.

BUT its good to know the only thing NWBO needed in this area, the certified CFO, left and LP took that position...
