You have to look more closely at the processes they are using to produce "natural shrimp". Apparently, the term "Natural" has many different meanings to these producers.
"Natural Shrimp Inc" uses something they call "EC" or "Electro Coagulation" It's their patented technology. Other producers use other processes. It is not always clear to me how those processes can be said to produce "natural" anything. But that's just the way it is. jmho
