You are leaving out EP, or ElectroPrecipitation, another derivative from EC ElectroCoagulation, both of which are brought over from the brain vegetable Peteygrams when he was the Vice President of LSI Lattitude Solutions, Inc., which was determined by a Federal Court, to be nothing more than a share selling fraud. The brain dead claimed no knowledge of the share fraud in his depositions, though as Vice President, it boggles the mind how someone could make that statement. When LSI folded leaving millions in claims, Peteygrams began his new fraud in the present $10 million company that was being sold to SHMP, though that has disappeared from their 10Q filings. Maybe Easterlied realized the civil peril he places himself in as Director, and doesn’t want the liability from a group of shareholders in a court action.

Either way, the only thing SHMP produces is toxic financed shares. SHMP cost of money is virtually FREE as every new dilution is met with great enthusiasm by the SHMP sheeople
