As it is stated to consolidate only Hikma it looks as if Dr Reddys is being treated differently ie not consolidated.

Dr. Reddy's was consolidated in "June" ... Monday, 08/03/20 01:47:05 PM

Dr. Reddy's and Hikma's 500 mg cases do not matter ... the "main" (1 g) CAFC case will be the "guideline" for these.
