The consent judgment from which Appeal No. 20-xxxx was taken (Exhibit A attached hereto) was wholly based upon the judgment under review in Appeal No. 20-1723. The two judgments also concern the same asserted claims of the same patents-insuit. Accordingly, judicial economy would best be served by consolidating Appeal No. 20-xxxx with Appeal No. 20-1723.

The parties also request that the Court order as follows:

- No briefing will be filed in Appeal No. 20-xxxx;
- The current briefing schedule for Appeal No. 20-1723 will remain unchanged; and
