Partnership first I believe almost immediately upon TLD then followed by a quick FDA approval then completed by total BO by partner. JMHO of course but you're correct, that in order to get quick FDA approval, I think it needs the backup and signoff by a large mkt cap BP like Merck or Roche or both of them. :)
