Great insights. As you mentioned, TLD is only a part of the battle, but unless it's cut and dried, which no one should expect it would be, we would be fighting these battles with the 'Yeah, But' gangs at least for another till we get this approved and commercialized. The other possible scenario is one of the big players will step in for a partnership or a BO, at which point it will be validated completely.
