So we have a new 'DATE' - september 2 2020.

The suit comes with new material arguments that should be remanded back to Nevada court...I don’t rule out the possibilities of motioning at the Appeals level and September 2 date “canceling”.

A decision on current appeal is STUPID it doesn’t cure the fact Amarin has been awarded judgement on infringement and has several patents that haven’t been invalidated.

THIS ENTIRE APPEAL IS A DOG AND PONY SHOW to devalue AMRN stock.

jasbg...the fact that the CAFC saw reasons to expedite this appeal leads me to believe that we will not have to wait 6 months for a decision.

jas:(1)If o.a. goes strongly in our favor--settlement very likely will occur behind the scenes after sept. 2.

(2) Ruling will not be longer than 4 months--by Jan. 1 we will know--b/c its expedited and just one issue of obviousness.

(3)Again, waiting only till jan 1---in the meantime we will have e.u. positive ruling before nov.

(4)sp will not be locked here, b'c sept 2 will move it up with good o.a.--$10/12, as I explained is based on to whom go more and tough questions, interruptions and follow up (loser), as well as e.u. ruling bring sp north. So in 1 month sp should move (hopefully higher) and within 3 months e.u. again higher.
