(2) Ruling will not be longer than 4 months--by Jan. 1 we will know--b/c its expedited and just one issue of obviousness.

(3)Again, waiting only till jan 1---in the meantime we will have e.u. positive ruling before nov.

(4)sp will not be locked here, b'c sept 2 will move it up with good o.a.--$10/12, as I explained is based on to whom go more and tough questions, interruptions and follow up (loser), as well as e.u. ruling bring sp north. So in 1 month sp should move (hopefully higher) and within 3 months e.u. again higher.
