A little hypocrisy wouldn't you say his fiduciary duty to move the stock for shareholders is his sole responsibility no one else! JV or no JV he is grossly negligent for not going to the wires and my hunch must be right Rick, cause he plain don't fly straight.

Again the CEO should be communicating with shareholders leaving them in the lurch like this is abysmal management. Do you mean to tell me he hasn't come clean on why the snag? I have just been following the PPS the market reaction never lies.
