If this Mcfarland guy is as top flight as we are lead to believe I am sure he is wondering what Brian is up to also it can't look good on him that's for sure.

You mean to tell me Brian has closed on a JV and he didn't PR that fact? A little hypocrisy wouldn't you say his fiduciary duty to move the stock for shareholders is his sole responsibility no one else! Rick give her a shake old buddy Brian SHOULD NOT be flying under the radar on this as far as I am concerned. JV or no JV he is grossly negligent for not going to the wires and my hunch must be right Rick, cause he plain don't fly straight.

There is something wrong with the JV it IS NOT CONSUMMATED:

Effective Time. The Company anticipates that the merger will become effective promptly following twenty days after filing of this Information Statement. The merger of the Company with and into IPMG-Wyoming, if not terminated by its Board of Directors, will become effective upon the filing of Articles of Merger with the Wyoming Secretary of State, unless a later effective time is specified in this filing. Articles of Merger are also required to be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State.

Again the CEO should be communicating with shareholders leaving them in the lurch like this is abysmal management. Do you mean to tell me he hasn't come clean on why the snag? I have just been following the PPS the market reaction never lies. I can sure see why this hasn't been going anywhere now thank you Rick not here to lynch the guy just understand how he took my money. That at least now is clearly evident.
