Binzur, you are correct. I posted last nite that if you research history on reverse mergers, its not abnormal for "X" company to raise its A/S just prior to reverse merger in order to consolidate two companies, and then refile a 2nd Ammendment to adjust A/S accordingly. Details of merger will be announced within 30 days. It tax season folks, not much going to happen from now until then anyways, but we should have had an update on the Monday meeting that was spoken of about a certain acquisition. I would like to know if that deal is closed.

don't know why the sec does not require companies to have their transfer agents make public for anyone wanting to know what the a/s and o/s postions are....rather keeping everyone guessing if the company is dumping in secret.....had an experience with sljb which said no dilution and meanwhile it seems they were pumping and dumping shares into the market...this does not seem difficult to fix and makes the playing field very level....insiders, shareholders and prospective shareholders all know the same thing about share strucuture of a company.
