I agree to a point! Authorized shares do not mean outstanding shares. Two different animals. We can have a gazillion Authorized shares but only a million shares outstanding then everything is based on the O/S shares.

This was not done at the time of the PR. I believe it was just done within the last week. 12/13/2006 to be exact. I won't sugar coat it and all eyes will be watching and are watching.

This does not change the book value at all.
