Paul, a few weeks ago a couple from Canada, cannot recall where exactly, were granted permission from the Alberta Securities Commission to sell their Atacama holdings. It appears from having read the notice (which can be found on the website for the Alberta regulator) they applied for and were given permission to sell. What this may mean for others may be an out for you. If you apply for permission and it is granted nothing in the permission order stated they had a window in which to sell but only that they could. If you were to apply and get permission then you could sell your shares anytime you like. I don't have all the details at all but I will post the link for you and you can take it from there. You said you talked to somebody in Alberta. What did they say?
