I bought the 3 million shares cheap @0.0009 back in Jan 2018. I paid meagre $2,700 but that shouldn't mean I should not be able to sell my shares. I saw the stock climb up to 0.03 and the value of my holdings at $90.000, but I could not sell the stock because of the CTO.

I am still deep in the money and that's why I have been wanting to sell my holdings. But it seems I will wait for a while. The stock might make another move to pennies and the come back to sub pennies with the CTO in effect. Any movement upwards means nothing to me.
